Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
